  • Spray painting
  • Structural & Pipe Fittings and Carpentry.

Essential Duties: Under direction of the Director of School, the Instructor shall perform the following:

  • Prepare and teach assigned courses in accordance with course syllabus.
  • Maintain accurate registration, attendance, and records for each course taught.
  • Prepare, review, and update course syllabus on a regular basis.
  • Use various assessment techniques to improve learning and teaching.
  • Create an effective learning environment and use teaching methods designed for a variety of learning styles.
  • Assist with maintaining a classroom environment emphasizing safety, good housekeeping and equipment security.
  • Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Participate in professional development activities designed to enhance job skills and knowledge, as agreed upon by the employee and supervisor.
  • Comply with the School’s policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications: First degree in any related discipline.

Work Experience: Five year’s work history in respective fields which must include teaching experience.

We are hiring:

1. FINANCE/HR MANAGER.

Under general supervision, the Finance/ Human Resources Manager is responsible for Managing the HR and Account department/team

Finance Roles:

  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Maintains weekly, monthly, and annual budgets and tax projections
  • Sets and tracks financial metrics (KPIs)
  • Works directly with executive team developing annual strategic initiatives
  • Works directly with management team to define monthly revenue projections and project plans
  • Regularly monitors project profitability
  • Develops and updates employee compensation budget
  • Analyzes annual compensation studies
  • Submits quarterly/annual sales tax filings
  • Files annual property tax statements
  • Manages and executes insurance, license, workers compensation, permit renewals/Statuaries
  • Oversees accounts payable, bank reconciliations

HR Roles:

  • Assists with employee recruitment, selection and orientation practices, processes and policies.
  • Participate in the interview process and employment offer when required.
  • Coordinate job postings and maintain file of job descriptions
  • Onboard new employee hires
  • Handle all employee off-boarding
  • Oversee/Coordinate Employee Training
  • Maintains employee personnel files
  • Manages and executes employee benefits
  • Staff Performance Review tracking and maintenance
  • Collaborates with managers to identify, analyze, and develop strategies to address employee relations issues. Proactively and reactively respond to employee inquiries regarding HR issues.
  • Maintain and revise the Company Handbook on policies and procedures
  • Assure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations
  • And other finance business areas that would support the business.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or significant experience required
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in office and/or HR and Finance roles
  • Account/HR certification or ability to work towards a certification required
  • Understands budgets, nonprofit accounting, payroll and Sage
  • Experience in leading staff in meeting agency goals and professional development
  • Strong skills in Microsoft suite, (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Collaborative, strong work ethic, detail-oriented, professional attitude, self-motivated, excellent with people, proactive and punctual; thrives on assisting people get prepared and organized

2. Job Position: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Job Summary: The administrative officer is responsible for the majority of administrative duties in the company this person will manage employee records, organize files, answer calls, and provide support for the entire company.  As administrative officer, the ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to handle financial records and expenses.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
  • Updating office policies and procedures
  • Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
  • Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO
  • Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
  • Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair
  • Organizing special functions and social events Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or significant experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role, manages team members, leads assistant meetings, and supervises when needed
  • Prior experience as office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative responsibilities in a related field
  • Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
